Why does Sole of Seoul use this material blend?
Because for us, it’s not about maximising the percentage of a single fibre. It’s about how their different properties work together. Combed cotton provides softness and comfort, polyester supports durability and shape retention, and elastane delivers Stretch & Recovery.
Together, they create our Magic Formula – balanced for our lightweight, close-fitting Modern Hug Fit.
Will the Korean one size really fit me?
Our women’s socks are made in Korean size 230–250 mm, corresponding to approximately EU 36–40. In our wear tests, we’ve also had good fitting experiences with sizes 41 and 42.
Our men’s socks are made in Korean size 250–270 mm, corresponding to approximately EU 40–44. We’ve also had good fitting experiences with sizes 45 and 46.
Thanks to Stretch & Recovery, the sock can adapt to different foot sizes and shapes. How it feels on your individual foot will naturally also depend on your foot shape and personal fit preference.
How do I care for my socks?
On the label of our socks, you will find the hand-wash symbol. This is the traditional, extra-gentle care recommendation from our Korean manufacturer, intended to protect the fine combed cotton as much as possible.
For everyday care, however, we have good news: Our socks can be safely washed in the washing machine at 30°C to 40°C (86°F to 104°F)—a method we have tested extensively.
Our tip for maximum longevity: Wash the socks on a gentle cycle whenever possible, turn them inside out, and avoid tumble drying. This will keep the vibrant colours and velvety Inside-Out Comfort in perfect condition for many seasons to come.

The cotton yarn used in our socks is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland are made on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are payable by the recipient locally.
Delivery times
We do our best to pack your socks with care and hand them over to our shipping provider DHL as quickly as possible. After handover, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Germany, 3–5 business days to EU countries, and 5–8 business days to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Can I return my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price to you via the original payment method, deducting the return shipping costs to be borne by you.
