Softness — Combed Cotton
Comfort starts with what touches your skin.
That is why combed cotton forms the foundation of our Daily Canvas socks. During the combing process, shorter fibres and impurities are removed, leaving longer, smoother fibres behind.
The result is a softer, more refined yarn with a smooth and comfortable feel against the skin.
It is the part of our formula you notice first.
Strength — Polyester
Softness alone is not enough.
A sock is an everyday essential. It moves with you, stretches throughout the day and is worn and washed again and again.
Polyester adds strength to our formula. It helps reinforce the fabric, supports its shape and contributes to the durability we expect from a sock designed for everyday wear.
Think of it as the quiet support behind the softness.
Stretch & Recovery — Elastane
This is where our formula really comes to life.
Elastane allows the sock to stretch and adapt to your foot — but just as importantly, it helps the fabric recover its shape afterwards.
That balance between stretch and recovery is central to the way Sole of Seoul socks fit.
It is also part of what makes our Korean One Size possible: a flexible fit designed to adapt comfortably across a range of foot sizes while maintaining its shape.
And rather than relying on a restrictive feeling to keep the sock in place, the entire construction works together to create what we call our Modern Hug Fit — gently embracing the foot without feeling unnecessarily tight.

For our women’s Daily Canvas socks, the balance is:
63% Combed Cotton
24% Polyester
13% Elastane
For our men’s Daily Canvas socks:
62% Combed Cotton
24% Polyester
14% Elastane
The ratios are slightly different, but the principle — and the quality behind it — is exactly the same.
